Found growing on the Colville Indian Reservation, just outside of Inchelium Washington. This softneck garlic has good garlicky flavour with very little heat. Smaller cloves are arranged in layers similar to an artichoke. These bulbs can get huge in our garden. Ideal for braiding due to the soft stem. Does not produce a scape but can sometimes partially bolt in our garden.
