This Glazed Purple Stripe garlic has its origins in the Republic of Georgia. Strong garlicky flavour without much heat. Excellent for baking. Satiny bulb wrappers are beautifully splotched in purple-burgundy streaks giving glazed purple stripes a bit of a shiny appearance.
