Apparently brought to Canada from Italy by Al Music in the 1980s. This porcelain variety is the most widely grown commercial variety in Ontario for good reason. Bulbs can get huge, cloves are large (less peeling) and the storage and flavour are very good. White bulb wrappers with rose blush as you get closer to the cloves. A good all purpose garlic!
