A beautiful porcelain variety with tall plants and upright plant habit. Beautiful rich flavour and some years has strong heat. Brought to Canada from the Azores in Portugal by a Wilfred Laurier student at the request of a local Ontario garlic grower. Seed originally from Golden Acres Farm.
