Pronounced Chi-low-eh. Chiloé has its origins from Chiloé Island of the Southwestern coast of Chile. Chiloé was collected on a trip to the Island and brought back to Ontario by a master gardener. Bulbs can get large and have a complex flavour with medium heat.
