A wonderfully delicious Rocambole. Subtle sulfur notes leave a warm but not spicy flavour in your mouth. Not overpowering to eat raw. Good in guacamole or hummus for rich garlic taste without being overpowering. Bulb wrappers are white with some sporadic red streaks. Easy to peel as most Rocamboles are. Also good roasted or sautéed. A pantry staple.
