Also known as Ontario Giant. This Rocambole has origins in Puslinch Township in Wellington County, Ontario. Likely grown in the region for decades, Puslinch has true Rocambole flavour with richness without much heat. Easy to peel cloves make Rocamboles a go to when you don’t want to spend a lot of time peeling and need fresh garlic quickly. This variety has never lived up to its “Ontario Giant” name in our garden and bulbs have remained small to medium.
